Conference History

Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Oral speakers of the 3rd International Conference on Research in Management announced their decision to be shifted to Virtual presentation mode. Therefore, the ICRMANAGEMENT Organizing Committee decided to hold the conference entirely Online. The Virtual presentations were delivered via an online electronic forum (Webinar), where the participants engaged in lively discussions during the conference.

Andreas Höhre (Ph.D., Justus-Liebig-University) is a research assistant at the Department of International & Strategic Management at the Justus-Liebig-University. His work focuses on business ethics, corporate citizenship and strategic entrepreneurship.

Dr. Māra Pētersone

Dr. Māra Pētersone

Māra Pētersone PhD in economics, Riga Technical University, Riga (Latvia). Her current Position is Research professor and her areas of Interest is Health economics and health management.

Jamaluddin Qanet is Assistant Professor of Al-beroni University, Afghanistan (2006-now), Head of TV Department, Member of Academic Council and Research Committee of university now, Member of   Quality Assurance committee Al-beroni University from 2011-2013, Chief Director of NANA Media Agency 2014. He Has Done His PhD (Public Administration); MA (Media and Cultural studies); BA (Journalism); ICEMOD Awarded in 2009; Published three Articles.

Mr. Muhammad Nahla Adiba

Muhammad Nahla Adiba is a second-year MBA student at Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia. Previously, he graduated as Bachelor of Dentistry from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia and currently participating in integrated clinical work at dental profession education. His research interests centre at the intersection of healthcare and human resource management. For his Thesis, he wanted to better understand the psychosocial condition of healthcare workers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
