Shu-Ling Chen is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Graduate Institute of Logistics at National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. from National Sun Yat-sen University. Her research interests include psychological capital, work engagement, and service performance. She has published in journals such as Human Performance, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, and Asian Journal of Social Psychology.
